Peppered Pork Pitas

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1–2 lbs pork loin chops, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- Pita bread
Cooking Steps
- Mix the mayonnaise, milk, and garlic in a small bowl and set aside.
- Combine the pork, olive oil, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
- Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the pork for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and no longer pink in the center.
- Stir in the bell peppers and cook until heated through.
- Warm the pita bread according to package directions.
- Spread one side of each pita with garlic sauce.
- Fill with the pork and pepper mixture and fold to serve.
