Peppered Pork Pitas

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1–2 lbs pork loin chops, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • Pita bread
Cooking Steps
  1. Mix the mayonnaise, milk, and garlic in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Combine the pork, olive oil, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the pork for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and no longer pink in the center.
  5. Stir in the bell peppers and cook until heated through.
  6. Warm the pita bread according to package directions.
  7. Spread one side of each pita with garlic sauce.
  8. Fill with the pork and pepper mixture and fold to serve.
